Alicia Frith is a family nurse practitioner that received her studies from Midland College, Texas Tech University, and Angelo State University. Alicia is an original “Midlander” who graduated from Greenwood. She has spent most of her nursing career in the Midland Memorial ER. Alicia started her NP career in family but soon found per passion in pediatrics.
Alicia’s husband works for the Midland FD and they have three of the most beautiful children in West Texas!!!
Julie is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, obtaining her Master’s Degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Julie practiced as registered nurse for 17 years in various fields, including the emergency room, pediatric trauma ICU, outpatient surgery center and general pediatrics. Julie is a native Midlander, graduating from Midland Senior High School. She is married, with two children and two crazy French Bulldogs.
Diana Culp Martin was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma before attending Vanderbilt University, where she achieved a Bachelors of Arts in psychology and Masters of Science in Nursing. After graduation, Diana moved to Midland, Texas to practice as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She then earned a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Diana is married to Cody and together they have two children: William and Birdie.

Linda Hill is a registered nurse and an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and has been helping moms breastfeed for over30 years. She started her journey helping moms as a La Leche League leader, while enjoying staying at home with her small children. Later, she became a registered nurse and then a lactation consultant. She became one of the first to open a lactation practice in a pediatric clinic (Austin, Tx)–which has now caught on in many states. In Austin she enjoyed working alongside the well-known pediatrician Ari Brown, who is also the best selling author to the books:Baby411,Toddler411andExpecting411,and getting to be a contributing editor to the breastfeeding information contained in each book. Linda and her husband have been in Midland since 2013 wherein no time she started a lactation clinic at Pedi Med Center and then Dragonfly Pediatrics. She currently works two days a week at Dragonfly Pediatrics, one day a week at West Texas Pediatric Dentistry, helping before and after tongue and lip tie surgical procedures, and conducts home visits through her private practice called The Breast Connection. When she is not working, she enjoys playing with her grandchildren and helping her daughters.
