We are taking new patients!
Newborns
- Please call the office to be placed in our "Baby Book" prior to delivery, so we can anticipate your new arrival.
- We will send you a new patient registration packet via text message.
- You must call us from the hospital after delivery, but prior to going home, so we can set up his/her first newborn visit.
- If you deliver on a weekend, Friday after 1 pm, Saturday or Sunday, call the following Monday to set up a visit.
- There is a $250 newborn depost that must be paid prior to or upon your baby's first office visit.
New Patients to Our Clinic
- Call the office and we will send you a new patient registration packet via text message. If you have more that one child to register, submit the first childs packet and return to the original text link. Fill out the same link, one for each child.
Please be aware:
- We are a fully vaccinated clinic. We do not allow schedule delays or alterations. We follow AAP vaccination guidelines. (Please see our vaccine policy.)
- We are in network will most commercial insurance plans, including Tricare.
- We are NOT in network with Medicaid or any other state funded insurance program.
